When the JiaoZi's don't burn

Song of the post, "Ho Hey" by The Lumineers. I jumped a puddle listening to this song today. It was worth it. Good luck not enjoying it.

JiaoZi
I thought up the title to this post when I was looking at a picture that I took last night of the potstickers that I had cooked. It is fun because really all t means to me is that sometimes things go absolutely right in life. Everything turns out fine and I am rewarded for just standing near the stove, paying attention to what is going on and being ready to act when I feel the time is right.

Realistically this comes after burning the potstickers the last two times I have made them. Well congratulations to me, they were delicious.

What to take from this. Don't give up, keep on cooking and things will come out right...also add lots of butter (it helps with the sticking).

'What else has happened recently?' you ask.

 University of Wisconsin vs. BYU
BYU football happened recently. Well, it has been happening for a while now, but I have enjoyed being at several of the games including both of the times that the Y played someone in the opposite of blue (read red). I was glad for the great environment and missed my true homeland of Wisconsin. C'est la vie.

Other movers and shakers. Happenings and things that I want to let you in on...not really. Keep on keeping on.

Let me know how your Thanksgiving goes, announce your joys and sorrow to someone, be a little kinder, play some Christmas music, remember the true meaning of the seasons and who you are. Or do the opposite.  (bigotry, rationalism, selfishness and miserliness...I don't think I can say that.)

PS. I love Christmas (and my birthday) both of which are coming up. Be one.
